Welcome to Rebalance. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://rebalance.co.in (the "Website") and any purchase you make from us. The Website is owned and operated by Couture Garments, a partnership firm having its principal place of business at Ground Floor, Annai Apartment, Sundaram Colony 1st Main Road, Camp Road, Selaiyur, Chennai – 600 073, Tamil Nadu ("Rebalance", "we", "us", "our").

By browsing, registering on, or ordering from the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate, current and complete information — particularly your delivery address and phone number, since we cannot be responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect details. Notify us immediately at service@rebalance.co.in of any unauthorised use.

We may suspend or terminate an account that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently, to place bulk or resale orders, to abuse our returns policy, or in breach of these Terms.

3. Products, Descriptions and Colour

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However:

• Colour: Screen calibration, lighting and device settings mean the colour you see may vary slightly from the actual garment. Minor colour variation is not a defect.
• Print: Our graphics are produced using DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfer. Print placement may vary by up to ±0.5 inch, and print texture and hand-feel may differ marginally between batches. This is inherent to the process and is not a defect.
• Measurement: Garment measurements may vary by up to ±1 inch due to the nature of cut-and-sew manufacturing and bio-washed cotton.
• Availability: All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue a product, or restrict sales to any person or geography at our discretion.

4. Pricing, Taxes and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. Couture Garments is not currently registered under the Goods and Services Tax; accordingly, GST is not charged separately on your order and we issue a bill of supply rather than a tax invoice. Shipping charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Where a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, system or pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment taken. We will inform you before doing so.

We currently accept prepaid payments only — UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking and wallets. Cash on Delivery is not available. Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. We do not collect, process or store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials. Your use of a payment gateway is subject to that provider's own terms.

5. Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. Our acceptance occurs only when we dispatch the goods and send you a shipping confirmation. Until then, we may decline or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, unserviceable delivery address, stock unavailability, pricing errors, or a history of repeated returns. Any amount already paid will be refunded in full.

6. Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Delivery, cancellation, return, exchange and refund terms are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy and our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including the "Rebalance" name and logo, garment designs, graphics, slogans, taglines, artwork, photographs, copy, layout and code — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected under the Copyright Act 1957, the Trade Marks Act 1999, the Designs Act 2000 and other applicable law.

You may not reproduce, print, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from our designs, artwork or slogans, whether for commercial or personal gain, without our prior written permission. Purchasing a garment gives you ownership of that physical garment only — it grants you no rights in the design printed on it.

8. User-Generated Content

If you post a review, photo, comment or tag us on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, adapt and display that content for marketing purposes, with attribution to your handle where practicable. You confirm that you own the content, that it does not infringe anyone's rights, and that any identifiable person in it has consented.

We may remove content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, infringing, misleading, or otherwise objectionable, without notice.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Website for any unlawful purpose; introduce viruses or malicious code; scrape, crawl, mirror or data-mine the Website; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; interfere with the Website's security features; impersonate any person; or use the Website to transmit spam or unsolicited communications.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Website may link to or integrate third-party services (payment gateways, logistics partners, analytics, social platforms). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Your dealings with them are solely between you and them.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, other than those that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 — your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these Terms.

We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for that order.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity, however arising.

Nothing in this clause limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Couture Garments, its partners, employees and business associates from any claim, demand, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, floods, cyclones, epidemics or pandemics, war, riot, strikes, courier or transport disruption, government action or restriction, power failure, or failure of internet or telecommunications infrastructure.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance. Orders are governed by the Terms in force on the date the order was placed.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the consumer's rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 to approach a consumer forum having territorial jurisdiction, the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

17. Grievance Redressal
